**The certificates will be valid for one year from Feb 28, 2017 date. Hotel certificates are not property specific; hotel partners reserve the right to change or remove hotel properties without notice (if this occurs, the certificates may be used for a stay at another valid worldwide location). This package includes an airfare certificate for roundtrip coach class for two (2) from the 48 contiguous United States to Mexico subject to availability. A minimum of 21 days advance booking is required. A Saturday night stay is required. All fees and surcharges (excluding federal excise tax and fuel surcharges) are the responsibility of the winning bidders. The certificates will be valid for one year from the event date.
All reservations are subject to availability. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. The Award has no refund policy. Ground transportation is not included. The Top Fundraiser must allow up to five weeks to receive certificates.
